Refunds

Credits are not refunded, except where your local law gives you a cooling-off right or a disputed payment is refunded by our payment partner.

Gifted Credits can’t be withdrawn, and they expire on the date shown.

Deleting a workspace

Deleting a workspace never removes Credits. Before you confirm, you see what will be deleted and which records stay.

Deleting your account

If you delete your account, the balance stays on record. Sign in again with the same Google account and it is waiting for you.

What we keep after deletion

We keep a one-way hash of each social account’s ID and its trial history, so a trial can’t be claimed twice. We also keep financial, audit and affiliate records for as long as the law and accounting require.
