Who can read your messages

Our team sees statistics and execution summaries by default. Reading message text needs your permission for a specific conversation or execution. That permission lasts 72 hours, and every view is logged.

The exceptions are abuse investigations and legal requirements. In those cases we tell you afterwards, unless the law forbids it.

AI and private messages

AI calls that include your audience’s messages or your videos run with zero data retention at the provider. Free model options only use providers that neither keep nor train on the data.

A private message is never used to write a public reply, and text in comments and messages is treated as data, never as instructions.
