1. About these terms
By creating an account or using Auto Reply, you agree to these terms. Auto Reply is run by ESUIT DEV LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave #25881, Dover, DE 19904, United States (“we” and “us”). If you use Auto Reply for a business or for other people, you confirm that you can accept these terms for them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account and workspace
You sign in with Google. Your account has one workspace, where you connect accounts, build flows and see results. Keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace. You must be old enough to make a contract where you live, and at least 16.
3. Connecting accounts
You can connect Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages that you own or are allowed to manage. We connect them through our connection provider, and you approve access in a Meta window.
You must follow the rules of the platforms you connect, including Meta’s messaging rules. Private replies to comments are limited in number and in time, and some features, such as Story replies and the follow check, are only available on Instagram. We may pause or disconnect an account when a platform requires it, or when it is needed to protect other creators.

4. Credits, fees and taxes
How Credits work
Credits are prepaid. You top up with $10, $25 or $50, or any amount from $10. The amount excludes tax, and tax is added at checkout where it applies. There is no automatic top-up.
What Credits pay for
- Connected accounts: $4 a month for your first, $3 for accounts 2 to 5, and $2 from the 6th. We take these on the 1st of each month (UTC). An account added mid-month is charged for the remaining days. Removing an account does not refund the month.
- Executions: the first 300 each month are free, then $0.002 each.
- AI: what the model costs, plus 50%.
- Direct messages cost nothing extra.
When Credits run low
If your Credits cannot cover all account fees on the 1st, your accounts disconnect. Your flows and settings stay. Add Credits and connect again. We never take more than your balance, and no new paid work starts when Credits are not enough.
No expiry, refunds of unused Credits, your balance stays yours
Credits never expire. Within 30 days of a top-up, you can ask for a refund of the paid Credits from that top-up that you have not used; our Refund Policy at /refunds/ explains how. After 30 days, Credits are not refundable, except where the law in your country gives you a right to a refund. Deleting a workspace never removes Credits. If you delete your account, we keep a record of the balance. Sign in again with the same Google account to get it back.
Gifted Credits, for example from a trial, are spent before paid Credits. They expire on the date shown, cannot be withdrawn and earn no affiliate commission.
Payments
Top-ups are processed by our payment partner, who is the merchant of record and collects tax where it applies. Their terms apply to the payment and are shown at checkout.
5. Free trial
The trial lasts 7 days. It includes one connected account, up to 300 executions and up to 100 direct messages. AI used by the trial’s flows is included at no charge. It is open to accounts with at least 100 followers and 9 posts, once for each social account and once for each Google sign-in.
Reading videos, uploading media, backfills and choosing the AI model are not part of the trial. When a limit is reached or the 7 days end, your account disconnects. To continue, add Credits and connect again. Trial spots are limited each month, so we may ask you to join a waitlist.
To stop repeat trials, we keep a one-way hash of your social account’s ID and its trial history after you delete a workspace. The Privacy Policy explains this.
6. Messaging rules and opt-outs
You may only message people who commented on, messaged or mentioned your account, and only within the time the platform allows. Do not send spam, harassment, deceptive offers or anything illegal. Auto Reply sends at most one automatic public reply and one comment DM for each comment.
When someone sends an opt-out word such as STOP, Auto Reply stops all automatic DMs from your account to that person and sends one confirmation. You cannot turn this off, and you cannot restart messages for them. Only they can resume.
If you reply in a conversation yourself, Auto Reply pauses automatic DMs in that chat.
7. AI features
Auto Reply can read your videos and write replies with AI. AI can be wrong or incomplete. For each kind of reply you choose whether it sends automatically, waits for your OK or is skipped, and you are responsible for the replies that go out.
Links, discount codes and prices in AI replies can only come from information you provide. Anything else is held for your review. Text in comments and messages is treated as data, never as instructions. AI calls that include your audience’s messages or your videos use providers under zero data retention.
8. Affiliate program
If you join the affiliate program, the program rules on our website apply as well. They cover commissions, payouts, attribution and conduct.
9. Your content and data
You keep ownership of your content, your audience’s messages and the information you give us. You give us permission to process them to run the service for you, and you promise that you have the right to use what you upload or connect.
We keep data for the periods in the Privacy Policy. Our team sees statistics and execution summaries. Reading message text needs your permission for a specific conversation, lasts 72 hours and is logged, except for abuse investigations and legal requirements.
10. Ending your account
You can remove a connected account, delete your workspace or delete your account at any time. Before you confirm, we show what is deleted and what we keep.
We can suspend or end your account if you break these terms, put other creators or the platforms at risk, or if the law requires it. Credits balances are handled as described in section 4.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Auto Reply is provided as it is and as available. Instagram, Facebook and other platforms can change their rules or limit access without notice, and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any reply will reach its recipient.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost followers or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We email you about material changes before they take effect. If you keep using Auto Reply after that, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
