Questions people ask
Do I need a subscription?
No. You add Credits and pay for connected accounts, for executions after the first 300 each month, and for AI use. Credits never expire.
What counts as an execution?
One comment or message that a flow handles. Messages that arrive in a quick burst count as one. Repeats, opt-outs and paused conversations don’t count.
Can the AI make something up?
It can’t invent links, discount codes or prices. Those come only from the info you give it, and a reply that includes anything else waits for your OK.
What happens if my balance runs out?
Account fees are taken on the 1st of each month (UTC). If your Credits can’t cover all of them, your accounts disconnect. Your flows and settings stay, and we email you 7 days and 1 day before.
What does the free trial include?
7 days with one connected account, up to 300 executions and 100 direct messages, AI replies included. Video reading, media uploads and backfills aren’t part of the trial.
Is this made by Meta?
No. You approve access in a Meta window, and Auto Reply follows Meta’s messaging rules, including time limits on private replies. It isn’t made, endorsed or sponsored by Meta.
