Credits
Top-ups open when paid plans launch. This is how Credits will work.
Top-ups aren’t open yet. The free trial works without them.
Paid plans aren’t open yet, so there is nothing to buy today. When they open, you can add $10, $25, $50 or any amount from $10.
How Credits will behave
- They never expire, and deleting a workspace never removes them.
- Tax is added at checkout, so $10 buys $10 of Credits.
- No automatic top-ups. Saving a payment method for faster checkout is optional.
- Delete your account, sign in again with the same Google account, and your balance is back.
- Gifted Credits are spent first and expire on the date shown.
- Credits are not refundable, except where local law gives you a cooling-off right.

Who can start
Your account has at least 100 followers and 9 posts. Each social account and each Google sign-in gets one trial, ever.
What the trial leaves out
These come with paid plans. In the app they stay visible, switched off, with the reason next to each one.
Reading videos
Not in the trial
Replies use your own notes about a video instead. Video reading comes with paid plans.
Uploading media
Not in the trial
Upload a video yourself when we cannot fetch it. Comes with paid plans.
Backfill
Not in the trial
Catch up on comments that arrived while a flow was paused. Comes with paid plans.
Choosing the AI model
Not in the trial
The trial uses one economy model. Choosing a model comes with paid plans.
At 300 executions or 100 messages, automation stops and the account disconnects. You can top up and connect again once paid plans open.

A paid account has paid Credits left, or spent paid Credits this month. Gifted Credits do not count.

If your Credits run low
We warn you early, and you never go into debt. When Credits cannot cover something, it simply does not start.
- 7 days before the month endsWe email you if next month’s account fees would not be covered.
- 1 day beforeA second email, in case the first one slipped past you. Top up any time.
- The 1st at 00:00 UTCAccount fees are taken. If Credits cannot cover all of them, every account disconnects. Your flows and settings stay.
- After you top upConnect again. You pay for the days left in the month, and you may need to approve access once more.
Questions about billing
Do I need a card to start the trial?
No. The trial never charges automatically, and you can leave at any time.
Can I get a refund on Credits?
Credits are not refundable, except where local law gives you a cooling-off right. If our payment partner refunds a disputed payment, your balance is adjusted to match.
Is tax included?
No. Tax is added at checkout, based on where you are. $10 of Credits costs $10 plus tax.
Do direct messages cost extra?
No. There is no per-message fee and no monthly cap. A technical rate limit protects your account from being flagged.
How is AI billed?
At the model’s cost plus 50%, in separate lines for reading videos, writing replies and AI-edited flows. A free model option costs nothing, but the execution still counts.
What if I use fewer than 300 executions?
You pay only the account fee. The free 300 reset every month and do not roll over.
