How Credits work
Updated Oct 23, 2026
Credits are a prepaid balance on your account. There is no subscription: you add Credits, and they pay for what you use.
What Credits pay for
Credits cover three things. Direct messages are never charged and have no monthly cap.
| Your first connected account | $4 a month |
|---|---|
| Accounts 2 to 5 | $3 a month each |
| The 6th account and on | $2 a month each |
| First 300 executions each month | Free |
| Executions after that | $0.002 each |
| AI: videos and replies | Model cost plus 50% |
| Direct messages | Included |
An execution is one comment, or one burst of messages, that a flow handles. Repeats, opt-outs and paused conversations don’t count. What counts as an execution
Top up Credits
Choose $10, $25 or $50, or enter any amount from $10. You get what you choose: $10 buys $10 of Credits. Tax is added at checkout.
We never top up for you. You can save a payment method to check out faster next time.
Gifted and paid Credits
Your balance has two parts, and they behave differently.
Come with a promotion. They are spent first, they expire on the date shown, and they can’t be withdrawn.
Come from your top-ups. They are spent after gifted Credits and never expire.
When Credits run low
Account fees are taken on the 1st of each month (UTC). Here is what happens if your Credits can’t cover them.
- 7 days before the month endsWe email you if next month’s account fees can’t be covered.
- 1 day before the month endsA second email, after the same check.
- On the 1st (UTC)If Credits can’t cover all account fees, your accounts disconnect. Your flows and settings stay.
- After you top upConnect again. You are charged for the days left in the month, and you may need to approve access again.
Your balance never goes below zero, and no new paid work starts while it is too low to cover it.
Refunds and deleting your account
Credits aren’t refunded, except where your local law gives you a cooling-off right, or our payment partner refunds a payment that was disputed.
Deleting a workspace never removes Credits. If you delete your account, the balance stays on record. Sign in again with the same Google account to get it back.
If a charge is corrected later, you will see a new line in your history. The original line stays.
