Your Credits history is a record, so we never rewrite it. We add to it.
A new line, never an edit
When a provider refunds or corrects a charge, we add a new line to your history. The original line stays.
AI lines
AI is billed at the model’s cost plus 50%, in separate lines for reading videos, writing replies and AI-edited flows. If the final cost from our provider is different from what we first recorded, a correction line shows the difference.
Disputed payments
If our payment partner refunds a disputed payment, your balance is adjusted to match.
Free model options
When a free model option costs nothing, there is no AI line for that call. The execution still counts.
