Reconnect a disconnected account

Updated Oct 18, 2026

An account disconnects when its access ends or when Credits can’t cover the monthly fees. Your flows and settings stay.

Why an account disconnects

  • Access was removed or expired in Meta’s settings, or the platform asked us to pause it.
  • On the 1st of the month (UTC) your Credits could not cover all account fees. Then every account disconnects.
  • A trial limit was reached: 300 executions or 100 direct messages.

How you find out

We email you straight away when a connection needs attention, and a banner shows in the app until it is fixed.

Reconnect

  1. If your Credits were too low, top up first.
  2. Open Connections and choose Reconnect next to the account.
  3. Approve access in the Meta window again if you are asked.

You are charged for the days left in the month, at the price for that account’s place in your tier.
