Connect an Instagram account

Connect it

1. Open Connections and choose Add connection.
2. Read the short note, then continue to Meta. In the Meta window, choose Instagram and approve access.
3. Back in Auto Reply, pick the account you want to connect.
4. Check the price. You see the monthly fee for that account and what is taken today for the days left in the month.
5. Confirm. The account shows as connected and is ready for a flow.

What works on Instagram

• Comments on posts and Reels, comments on ads, and live comments.
• Story replies and Story mentions.
• Direct messages, and the follow check that asks people to follow you before they get your link.

Instagram allows one private reply to a comment, within 7 days of the comment. For live comments, a private reply is only possible while the live is on.

If it is connected somewhere else

If the account belongs to another workspace, we move it to this one and tell the old workspace. An account is only ever handled by one workspace at a time.

Removing an account

Before you remove an account you are reminded that this month’s fee is not returned, and that the audience records for that account are deleted with it.
