Start from a template
Updated Oct 14, 2026
Templates are flows that already work. Pick one, change the words and publish.
Pick a template
Open Flows and choose Templates. The keyword template is the one most creators start with: someone comments a keyword like LINK, gets a private message with your link, and then a public reply says you sent it.
Make it yours
Change the keyword, the message and the reply. Add words that should stop a match, and use placeholders for the person’s name or the post in your replies. Match keywords the way you mean
Message the commenter first, public reply second
By default the private message goes out first. When it has been delivered, the public reply goes up. That way nobody reads “I sent you a message” when no message arrived.
If the private message fails, we don’t try again and we don’t send it another way. A “message failed” branch lets you decide what should happen instead.
Drafts and publishing
You always edit a draft. It only starts answering real comments after you publish it, and a new version never changes a conversation that is already in progress.
