Match keywords the way you mean
Updated Oct 16, 2026
A keyword rule decides which comments a flow answers. Choose how strictly it matches.
Three ways to match
- Exact: the whole comment is the keyword.
- Contains: the keyword can be anywhere in the comment.
- Whole word: the keyword has to stand alone, so LINK matches “link please” but not “linkedin”.
Chinese, Japanese and Korean keywords work too. Because those languages don’t put spaces between words, whole word is treated as contains.
Exclusion words
Add words that should stop a match. A comment that contains the keyword and an exclusion word is left alone.
Choose the posts
A rule can apply to every post, or only to the posts and Reels you pick.
When nothing matches
A comment that matches no rule is skipped. Nothing is sent, and it does not count as an execution. The AI only runs in the steps where you turned it on.
Once per comment
Each comment gets at most one automatic public reply and one private message, across all your flows. If the same person comments again on the same post within the cooldown, that rule is skipped. The cooldown is 24 hours by default, and you can set it from 0 to 7 days.
