Why a reply waited for your OK

Some replies wait in your review queue instead of going out. Here is why, and what you can do.
The review queue
A reply waits in Review queue when its step is set to review first, or when a check stops it. Nothing is sent while it waits.
The check on links, codes and prices
A link, a discount code or a price in an AI reply has to come from the information you gave us. If a draft contains one that is not there, it is held for you. The AI can’t make one up and send it. You can see this happen in the demo.
What you can do
- Approve: the reply goes out as written.
- Edit and send: change the text first. An edited reply is checked again before it goes out.
- Reject: the draft is discarded and nothing is sent.
Reply policy
For each kind of reply you choose whether to send it automatically, review it first, or skip it. Sensitive replies are a good place to review first.
